Other Research Opportunities:

A large part of creating effective treatments that benefit patients is understanding the patients’ perspective. The Autoimmune Registry partners with a number of organizations to gather patient stories through interviews and/or surveys. These can help researchers better understand patients’ needs and create connections between scientists and those they seek to help. If you are interested in participating in any of the below projects or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to ingrid@autoimmuneregistry.org or by filling out the contact form linked below.

  • The Savvy Cooperative - Savvy is a patient-owned co-op that believes patients and caregivers should be involved in every step of the creation of a healthcare product or service. Savvy does this by giving patients and caregivers direct ways to share their experiences with health innovators and advocating that they be fairly compensated for their contributions.

  • MyPath Story Booth - Story Booth lets patients, caregivers, and clinicians share their stories, in their voices. These stories are made available to health researchers to inspire research that focuses on what matters to patients, where participation is a valued and meaningful experience.
