As 2022 draws to a close, we want to give everyone a recap of the past year. Among its notable accomplishments, Autoimmune Registry (ARI) was cited in the National Academy of Sciences for our comprehensive list of autoimmune diseases and classification by level of evidence. ARI was also featured by the National Institute of Health's All of Us program for our work analyzing health-related data to better understand autoimmune diseases.

Below are a few more highlights from the past year:

Our registry grew to over 3,700 participants, with 55% reporting 2 or more autoimmune diseases.

The most common autoimmune diseases in our registry remain autoimmune thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's.

We started the Autoimmune Registry Network to partner with advocacy and research groups.

ARI represented rare autoimmune diseases at patient advocacy conferences.

In addition, ARI is continuing its efforts to advance research by connecting patients to relevant research opportunities. ARI will also be training Patient Navigators who can provide support to those interested in learning more about or participating in clinical trials.
